1. Return Period We offer a 30 calendar day return period from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

5. Sale Items Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to yurnu.shop@gmail.com.
